Refund policy

At AURIGA by DN, we curate every piece thoughtfully in limited quantities. To reduce waste and maintain the integrity of our collections, we currently offer Exchanges only (subject to item availability). 

Criterias for Exchange:

• Sizing issues; notified within 48-72 hours from receiving the product. 
• Manufacturing defect; kindly have picture and video references
• Wrong item sent (oops!)

How do I start the exchange process?

Kindly send an email with ORDER # explaining your reason for exchange with the supporting files/documents- Picture/Video references at stylewithauriga@gmail.com

Please NOTE that the shipping expense for the product return will be borne by the customer. We will send the exchanged product with no additional cost of shipping. 

Store Credit- In any instance where you are unable to find a suitable product to exchange for, we will issue a STORE CREDIT that will be valid for 6 months.
